What languages do you translate?
We can translated just about any language and commonly we translate around 50 languages on a regular basis. The most common languages (in no order) are French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean and Russian.
How do I pay you?
When we send you a quote it will contain a link to a secure credit card payment form. You can pay securely using your credit card and we dispatch the job immediately on receipt of payment.
Can I pay by invoice or by bank transfer?
Yes, we can do this for larger projects and for clients that we work with a lot.
How long does a translation normally take?
This depends on how large the project is, as the base calculation for time taken is based on the number of words we are going to translate. Translators generally work at around 3,000 - 4,000 words per day, so a 40,000 word project using one translator would take 10 days using one translator. As we have very advanced collaborative translation technology we can of apply multiple translators to the job without reducing quality which, can reduce the timeframe and enable us to completed up to 20,000 words per day.
What does certification mean?
We are an EN:15038 certified translation agency, this is the worlds highest standard for translation services and is similar to an ISO 9000 standard but specific to the translation industry. It proves we following global best practices for translation projects, have systems to continually improve quality and efficiency and provide the highest levels of service. We can also provide translators who are certified to country specific standards, for example in Australia where government departments require NAATI certified translations.
Can you supply references?
Yes we can, we have clients in almost every industry and for almost any language so depending on your project we can normally find a similar project we have completed.
What is the fastest turnaround time you can do?
Normally we say 24 hours, although it is possible to get some smaller jobs completed in 4-8 hours depending on the language and certification required. This does have a premium fast turnaround rate applied though.
Do I have to come into your office?
No, we can do it all on line. You can upload a scan of the document into our quote form, pay using credit card and you'll get an email version of the document and also a hard copy if required.
Can I get a hard copy posted to me?
Yes, simply tick the hard copy option in the quote form and postage will be included in the quote you receive.
Will the translation have your certified stamp and letterhead on it?
Yes, this is included in all certified translations.
Is it quicker if I come into your office?
No, the fastest way to get the translation completed is through the quote form on our website. You are always welcome to come into one of our offices to drop off documents or to get them scanned.
Can I get a translation while I wait?
No, we often have to dispatch translations to other offices or translators to get completed so cannot offer a translation while you wait service.
